Cold Aggregate Feeding: Four bins hold graded aggregates, precise metering via belt feeders.
Scaling and Screening: Oversized material removed via vibrating screen.
Drying & Heating: Aggregates enter rotating drum, heated by high-efficiency burner to ~150–180 °C.
Mixing & Bitumen Addition: Bitumen is injected via hot-jacket pump into the drum, achieving uniform coating.
Dust Collection: Emissions pass through primary cyclone and optional secondary filters.
Load-Out: Hot mix is discharged into hopper and transported via conveyor for storage or transport
